Have you heard this kind of statement made by spiritual teachers or perhaps you read it in a book.

I did too. It is not the understanding that brings justice to this statement. It comes down to your own individual experience of non-individual self.

How does that sound to you? Does it sound like something you can understand? If it does, then I am not successful in making you experience what i want you to. That’s right, now how does that make you feel?

Do you feel confused? If it does, then you know it’s a good thing now because in this moment you are becoming less of who you are and more of this moment.

What is there to be confused about? You should be aware of the fact that you were aware before the confusion and after it. So, then who is getting confused?

Is it really you? How about now? Where are you now? What are you now? Who are you now? It’s all clear isn’t it because now you know there is not anyone confused or any kind of confusion. That means you are feeling more relaxed and going deeper, further away from your personality, isn’t it?

That’s right. Where are you now? Are you really your thoughts? Aren’t these thoughts telling you that you are a body?

Who is aware? Who wants to know the answer? How close are you to your self? Is it so further away that you have to look for it?

Namaste
